I contacted Empire on a Friday after 5pm with hopes of them working in a Full front & rear brake replacement so we could place our tow truck back in operation by Sunday. Adrian immediately arranged for parts to be picked up before that store closed at 6pm. Our truck was delivered to Empire around 7pm. I spoke and texted with the Mechanic Tom on several occassions Friday evening and Saturday afternoon authorizing work as reccommended and required. Settlled up with them Saturday around 5pm. Our truck was back in operation by 6pm. Adrian and Tom are professional and good commuicators. I consider Empire to be a Six Star Operation. These guys will have my business going forward. The other day, as I was passing through Fort Myers, I stopped to have my truck PM’d. After the PM was done, my truck ran very bad so I took it back to where I had the service done. The mechanic that did the service couldn’t figure out what was wrong so I limped along north to Punta Gorda where I googled for a mobile mechanic and found Empire Truck Repair. The owner showed up the next morning and he worked to find out what the problem was. This guy is the most persistent mechanic I have ever seen. It took about 14 hours to fix but he never gave up and my truck runs better than before. Adrian is very professional and he does excellent work.
